Kids and teens don’t get all the fun to themselves: adults have summer reading too, and it starts today! From June 20 through September 4, keep track of each book you read and every event or program you attend at the library with our handy reading log. (You can pick up a paper copy from our summer reading display table near the elevator, or download and print one here.) Each book you read and each library event you attend earns you one raffle ticket; prize winners will be drawn after Labor Day.
Excited to get reading, but not sure where to start? Check out the ideas and recommendations from our June 1 blog post, Are You Feeling EXTRAORDINARY?
Or, swing by the summer reading display table and pick up one of our special summer 2015 bookmarks: choose from Summer 2015 Fiction, Summer 2015 Nonfiction, or “Escape the Ordinary” – hand-picked by library staff, these are novels, nonfiction, and graphic novels that we think are extraordinary. We hope you’ll like them, too!
