And now for a short survey

This week we’re launching a community-wide survey to support the development of a new strategic plan for Arlington’s libraries.  This six-question survey was designed to be a more open-ended complement to the Vision 2020 survey that went out (via snail mail) with the Town census.  Here’s what you need to know:

  • Your opinion matters.  Library staff and administration will see this feedback, and it will help us develop the programs, services, and collections that you want to see.
  • It’s confidential.  All of your answers will appear as “anonymous” unless you elect to supply your email address at the end of the survey.
  • We are uniquely yours–and we can be even more so.  Library Director Ryan Livergood put it best:

“How do public libraries know how to serve their unique communities?…by soliciting feedback and listening to the people in their communities.”  — from Help us better serve our unique community

Please take a few minutes out of your day to answer six simple questions and move us closer to our goal of providing an inspired library experience for all.
