Nancy Kricorian, author of All the Light There Was, will be visiting Robbins this Thursday , October 3, at 7pm. This event is free and open to the public; come a few minutes early to grab a seat in the Community Room.
Read more about Nancy (a Watertown native!) and her novel in our previous post about this upcoming author visit.
Library copies of All the Light There Was are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk at Robbins (and at Fox!), because it is also this month’s Staff Picks Book Club choice. All are welcome to attend our discussion of the book on Wednesday, October 17, at 7pm in the Conference Room.
About the book: “All the Light There Was is the story of an Armenian family’s struggle to survive the Nazi occupation of Paris in the 1940s—a lyrical, finely wrought tale of loyalty, love, and the many faces of resistance….An unforgettable portrait of lives caught in the crosswinds of history.”
