Your Library is Worth the Trip

Summer Reading Logo_2013a The Robbins Library is proud to present the 2013 Adult Summer Reading Program! We’re encouraging everyone to get outside and walk, bike, rollerblade, jog, or take public transit to the library. So many great books, movies, and other resources await you that whether you choose to travel by pogo stick or parkour, you’ll be happy you came!

Stop by our display in the main lobby at Robbins to sign up for the program (signups will be available at the Fox later this week). Just fill out the registration form once and then for every book you read over the summer you can fill out a raffle ticket. We’ll be giving away exciting prizes all summer – the more you read, the more chances you have to win!

We’ll have lots of news and updates and book lists this summer, but go ahead and start reading now. Need suggestions? Check out our Book Recommendations page for ideas, and fill out the Reader’s Preference form for a list of suggestions personalized just for you.

What are you most excited to read this summer? Let us know in the comments!

  1. Definitely the new Guy Gavriel Kay book “River of Stars”. I’m curious about “The Outer Most House: a year of life on the great beach of Cape Cod”. I have my books. I have the lake house. I’m ready.
