The Friends of the Robbins Library will hold their annual book sale in conjunction with Arlington Town Day on Saturday, September 15h from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Donations of books for the sale may be left in the large blue bin located in the front lobby of the Robbins Library after Labor Day weekend, beginning September 4th. Please do not bring Readers Digest condensed books, old textbooks, computer texts, or books without covers. All other books, books on cd, music cd’s and DVD’s are welcome.
Anyone wishing to assist the Friends with the sale should contact Friends Coordinator Amy McElroy: 781-648-4109 or ae65[at]verizon.net. Volunteers are needed to sort books during the weeks prior to the sale and to set up or act as cashiers on the day of the sale. We will also need help to pack and clean up at the completion of the sale.
There will be a tremendous number of books available to the public for very reasonable prices. We look forward to seeing you there!
